How do I download the app on my phone?
The Bikers Only App is currently not (yet) available through the Play Store or the App Store. Fortunately, you can still easily download and install the app on both iOS and Android phones.

How can I share the Bikers Only App?
Do you already have the Bikers Only App on your phone? Then you can easily share it with a fellow rider. At the top right of the screen, there is a “Share” button. Click it, and you’ll see two tabs: one for Android (for example, a Samsung phone) and one for iOS (for example, an iPhone).
Have your riding buddy scan the QR code and follow the steps to install the Bikers Only App.

In which languages is the Bikers Only App available?
After you have installed the Bikers Only App on your phone, it will open in your phone’s system language. If your system language is set to German, the app will appear in German. This also applies to French, Dutch, and English.
If your phone is set to a different system language, the Bikers Only App will default to English.
Do I have to pay as a motorcyclist for the Bikers Only App?
No, the Bikers Only App is completely free to use and also ad-free!
How can I search for accommodation on the Bikers Only App?

Via the map: On the Home screen, there is a map of Europe. If you click on a red dot, you’ll see the partner’s name. Click again, and you’ll access the partner’s profile.

Via the search function: You can easily find connected partners. You can filter by country and region, partner name, or type of accommodation.
How can I determine a route to my chosen accommodation?

On the partner’s profile and in the search function, you’ll see a blue drop icon. Click on it.

A screen will open showing the navigation apps installed on your phone.

Choose the app you want to use. In this example, Google Maps is used.

How can I contact a connected partner?
On the partner’s profile, you’ll see several options to get in touch.
- Click the envelope if you want to send an email; your own email program will open automatically with the correct email address.
- Click the phone icon if you want to make a call.
- If the partner has WhatsApp, you can click the WhatsApp button to send a message directly. Your own WhatsApp will open.
What payment options are available at a partner?
On the partner’s profile, you can see whether you can pay by card, cash, or both.
What motorcycle-specific facilities does a partner offer?
You can see this on the partner’s profile.
Partners can offer various motorcycle-specific facilities, such as a secure parking area, a drying room for motorcycle gear, or even a workshop. This is clearly indicated on each partner’s profile.
It also shows whether there is a swimming pool and/or a bar!
Can I click through to a partner’s website?
Yes, many partners have a link to their own website on their profile page, so you can find even more information.
Click the globe icon on the partner’s profile to access it.
What are the opening dates of partners?
The opening dates and hours vary by partner and are listed on their profile in the Bikers Only App. Always check this before you set off.
How can I stay updated on news from connected organizations?
The Bikers Only App also has a Facebook page.

Since when has the Bikers Only App existed?
The Bikers Only App went live on July 14, 2023, and has attracted many users since then.
How often is the Bikers Only App used?
We track usage data via Google Analytics. Over the past year (September 26, 2024 to September 26, 2025), there were 21,353 active users with a total of 84,000 events (the number of times users triggered an event). During the top week (August 3–9, 2025), there were 5,018 events.

What are the costs and what do I get in return?
The Bikers Only App is completely free and ad-free for motorcyclists!
To keep the app ad-free, we ask participating partners for a contribution of just €60 excl. VAT per year. You can easily earn this back with just 1 or 2 customers! In fact, we often hear that the app brings in extra customers, making the investment more than worthwhile.
- As a partner, you receive a profile in the Bikers Only App, allowing thousands of motorcyclists to find your location. They can contact you directly, plan a route to your business, and click through to your own website. This increases your visibility and attracts new customers.
- Only partners can post on the Bikers Only App Facebook page, which currently has 4,615 followers!
- On this website, you will also be featured on the Partners page with your logo and a clickable link to your own website or Facebook page.
Are there any requirements to become a partner?
Yes, there is one condition for participation. As the name suggests, Bikers Only is specifically intended for organizations that focus almost entirely on motorcyclists.
We are looking for partners whose primary audience is motorcyclists, organizations where riders aren’t just “also welcome,” but truly at the center of their focus.
There are also many great businesses where the main audience is hikers, cyclists, or campers, and they also welcome motorcyclists because of their prime location. That’s perfectly fine, but those are considered motorcycle-friendly locations and fit better on platforms that cater to a broader range of motorcycle-friendly spots.
With the Bikers Only App, we intentionally aim for a clear positioning: an exclusive platform for motorcyclists. 🏍️
